When the ink droplets spread out in the water, the fluid surface is so smooth and delicate like a piece of silk. We recreate ink mixing with metallic powder flowing into water with appreciable fall velocity.
We live capture the results and project them onto a white dress, immersing the model into shades of shimmer, embracing the tinges of blue and pink, as if an elegant young lady simmering underwater.
So the project is named after the goddess of inspiration in arts and science. We propose the beauty of fluid simulation as a form of fashion design, in order to show the gradation of ink and the spectrum of the colours in water.
